For over nineteen years, Chris Tuite, Managing Partner, has exemplified a steadfast commitment to service, creativity and dedication. Born and raised in Northboro, he currently resides in Boston, where he has been for the past 20 years. Chris’s honesty, energy and professionalism combined with his strong knowledge of the real estate market contribute to his success as a top producer. He is one of the city’s premier luxury brokers and is consistently recognized as one of the most prominent and respected agents in the city of Boston.

Chris has extensive experience in dealing with individual home buyers and sellers, contractors, developer clients, as well as sophisticated real estate investors and architects. His mission is to serve his client's real estate needs with a level of professionalism that is second to none.  

In addition to listing, marketing and selling homes, Chris heads a talented team of thirty professionals. Due to his experience and natural leadership skills, Chris was able to open his own real estate firm on Boston’s historic Waterfront. In 2002, Chris ventured away from Coldwell Banker to establish RE/MAX Waterfront Ltd.  Within the first twelve months, Chris tripled his agent count and grew the company to one of the largest producing companies in the city.  After building a strong team of skilled agents, the office rose to the number one spot. Chris looked for the next way to enhance the office’s business. He joined Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty in 2007 to bring global reach to their local expertise. His impressive sales career led to ownership and management positions in Boston with Gibson Sotheby’s as the company's Managing Partner of the Waterfront and Charlestown offices, which is an integral part of this strong local agency.

He combines 19 years of real estate sales and management experience with exceptional negotiating instincts and creative problem solving tactics. As Managing Partner, Chris’s goal is to ensure that each client receives the consistently high level of service that has become his hallmark.

Chris remains intensely focused on service, integrity and discretion, making him one of the industry's most respected professionals.

Today, Chris is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as an active member of the community, volunteering for several youth organizations and involved with various charities including The Jimmy Fund. To that end, a portion of the commissions he receives is frequently directed back to his client's favorite charity. Chris attended both Assumption and Northeastern.
