The new Worldwide Property Brochure Distribution Program allows you to share your property brochures with each office in the Sotheby's International Realty® network — totaling more than 480 locations. For properties listed at a price of $1,500,000 or more, your associate is given an option to select Worldwide Property Brochure distribution. One copy of the brochure will be inserted into a custom envelope and mailed via first class mail to each of the addresses on the current distribution lists. This program exposes your property to potential homebuyers who seek properties of distinctive character.
